About Chapter / Club / Association:
ASCE Student Chapter is an International Chapter which helps students prepare themselves for entry into the Civil Engineering profession and into society as a whole. The learning opportunities for the students include interaction with other members in the student chapter and professionals in the field, participation in international technical events hosted, engagement with mentors assigned by ASCE, and opportunities to organize technical and social activities under ASCE. The Student Chapter was established in 2019-20.

The Indian Geotechnical Society (IGS) aims at promoting co-operation amongst engineers and scientists for the advancement and dissemination of knowledge in the fields of Soil Mechanics, Foundation Engineering, Soil Dynamics, Engineering Geology, Rock Mechanics, Snow and Ice Mechanics and allied fields and their practical applications. The Student Chapter was established in 2016-17. IGS Chapter has received Best Participation Award in “Mahafest 2023”. The IGS chapter also received Active Chapter Momento in 2024.

Indian Concrete Institute is one of the leading professional bodies in India, catering to the professional needs of individuals and organizations involved in Concrete. Being a non-profit Organization, it is dedicated to the cause of disseminating knowledge on Concrete, to promote Concrete Technology and Construction and to address the Research Needs of Concrete. The chapter aims to promote knowledge and innovation in concrete technology among students. The Student Chapter was established in 2017-18. On 24-3-2025 members of ICI were appreciated and certified for active participation as volunteers, for CEMCON 2025.

The Indian Water Works Association is a voluntary organization of Professionals concerned with water. The objective of IWWA is to stimulate and promote the development of Science, Technology, Economics, Environment, Ecology and Social Sciences in managing the Water. Association deals with water for drinking, industrial and agricultural uses, also waste water collection, treatment, disposal and reuses. The Student Chapter was established in 2023-24.
