It gives me great pleasure to introduce our esteemed institution, Rajarshi Shahu College of Engineering (RSCOE)—an Autonomous Institute and the flagship institute of the JSPM and TSSM Group of Institutes, Pune, Maharashtra. We are proud to be ranked in the 151–200 band in NIRF 2024 and accredited by both NAAC and NBA. RSCOE has also earned recognition as a TEDxJSPM RSCOE institution, further enhancing its academic and cultural stature.

As an autonomous institution, we have established collaborations with leading organizations such as Veritas, DANA TM4 (formerly Deta Axle), Capgemini, GE Aerospace, TCS, KPIT, Janatics India, Bentley Institute, IIT Ropar, and the Builders Association of India to bridge the gap between academia and industry. These industry-academia partnerships ensure that our students receive relevant, high-quality education aligned with evolving industry requirements and global standards.

The Students' Progression and Industry Relations (SP & IR) Cell at RSCOE is dedicated to helping students identify their career aspirations and prepare for the demands of today's competitive job market. From organizing workshops and campus readiness training programmes to facilitating internships and placements, the Cell plays a pivotal role in developing industry-ready professionals.

We foster a vibrant academic ecosystem that encourages interdisciplinary learning, innovation, coding culture, and foreign language proficiency. Students are offered training in languages such as Japanese, French, and German from the first year itself, enabling them to enhance their global employability.

RSCOE provides placement opportunities across diverse disciplines, including Computer Engineering, Information Technology, CSBS, Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation & Robotics, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, MCA, MBA, and Polytechnic Diploma programmes.

During the previous academic year, RSCOE secured more than 1000 placement offers, including over 850 unique offers, for a student intake of approximately 940 students. At the group level, JSPM and TSSM together achieved more than 3,000 placement offers, reflecting our strong industry engagement and the exceptional capabilities of our students.
